7 of the best Spring date ideas

 

Spring is here! Long are the cold winter days, unless you are in Maryland or some other state where it is still oddly snowing. Spring is the best time to get out there with your boo and find fun & new activities to do. Here are 7 of the best Spring date ideas.

 

Picnic

This sounds so clique but man I have always wanted to have a picnic. I love the outdoors it just very relaxing to me, so if you throw in food I’m down! It’s a great time to bond with your boo over a meal. If you can’t make your own food then go buy take out and go to a local park. The point is that you two are enjoying each others company with a meal.

 

Pottery Session

I love this idea so much! If you love art and even if you don’t this should a fun date to have. Go to your local pottery ceramic studio and book a pottery class. This is a great time for you and your significant other to get extra close while creating something that can last a lifetime.

 

Go to a local festival

Festivals are so fun! New Orleans (where I live) always has a festival, like every month, really week. It’s so much fun to get out and hear different genres of music and enjoy the unique foods and most importantly the atmosphere is so chill. So look up a local festival in your area and have fun!

 

Go skating

Going to the skating rink is not just for the kids anymore. I mean adults can still have fun and enjoy acting like a kid, right? It’s the best thing because skating rinks play music from back in the day. So ya’ll have fun skating and singing to old school music. I plan to get my husband to a skating rink this Spring! Hope you do the same.

 

Go to a Winery

If you are a wine enthusiast then this is the idea for you! There is nothing like tasting different wines and having crazy conversations. If you are bold take a road trip to a place you have never been to and invite another couple. Drinking is always fun with other people, right?

 

Board game night

The weather isn’t always sunny in the Spring, sometimes it can be a drag. So on days like this have a board game night! I love card games specifically, so if you are like me break out those Uno cards! So fun! There is nothing like spending a night in the comfort of your home having a good time with your boo.

 

Comedy Show

Now who doesn’t love to laugh! This is the perfect date night for the Spring! Find a comedy venue in your city and go laugh. Laughing can set a great tone to the night!  Ironically, my husband is a comedian, so I do this often!
